Yes, and payment is via PayPal and charged in Australian dollars.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Feleke Afro Bags?

We may share general information about the use of our site with advertisers, sponsors, content providers and other third parties, but we only disclose anonymous information about our users except where otherwise specifically required to do so, will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party without your approval. On occasion it may become necessary to release personal information, including if we are required to do so by law.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order. So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Feleke Afro Bags gives you a 14 day Money Back Guarantee from the date printed on the invoice. How long does delivery take?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday.  Orders for out of stock or custom made bags take longer depending on your global location.
Express post delivery is available at an extra charge.
Customers in regional areas or overseas may experience some delays.
Delays in postage are out of Feleke Afro Bag's control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, additional postage costs will be charged.
If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
